THE PROCESS

SEND YOUR INQUIRY
Once we receive your inquiry we'll set up a meeting or get in touch to gather practical information such as delivery dates, approximate number of gifts required and event theme to ensure a seamless gifting experience.
Step 2
INITIAL GIFT DESIGN, QUESTIONNAIRE & DEPOSIT
We'll create some mock-up ideas and send you the information you'll need to decide if we're a good fit.
Step 3
GIFT APPROVAL
Once you've determined that we're a match, we'll sign the paperwork and receive the deposit to secure your order.
Step 4
GIFT ASSEMBLY & FULL PAYMENT
We initiate contact with suppliers, meticulously assemble your gift boxes, and add the final touches that make them truly special.
Step 5
GIFT DELIVERY
Sit back and relax as we take care of all aspects of shipping & delivery.
